Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful time at the hotel, especially in the evenings enjoying great wine and snacks in the privacy of my room. The blend of modern and traditional decor in the rooms was lovely, and they were of good size. However, some small additional costs can add up during the stay.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were excellent with Nepali modern finishes, although we experienced some issues on the first day. As a large family with 8 rooms booked, we found the rooms to be quite good but in need of refurbishment.
The hotel was situated in the new wing, and the rooms were pretty outdated and basic. Unfortunately, our room did not match the category we had discussed, leading to issues during the conference. However, the service staff tried to make amends by offering small discounts and apologizing for the hotel's overall poor management. The location, although somewhat blocked off from the city bustle, offered pleasant surroundings ideal for strolls. The dining experience was a highlight with a high-quality menu selection. Facilities were satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-great experiences. While the rooms were clean, they had a worn-out feel, and the construction noise from the nearby site was disturbing until late at night. On the bright side, the hotel offered privacy in the evenings, complemented by great wine and snacks, making it feel like a cozy home away from home.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, offering a quiet retreat. The service was top-notch, with a friendly and professional staff making my stay pleasant. The location, while somewhat away from the city buzz, provided a peaceful environment. Dining was a culinary delight with a variety of delicious offerings. However, the rooms showed signs of aging and could benefit from renovations. Overall, a great value for the money.
The hotel rooms could have been a little bigger compared to similar grade hotels, but they are spacious with plenty of TV channel options. In the evenings, they provide privacy along with great wine and snacks. However, the furniture is a bit dated.
